Beitunia: Fifteen Palestinians were injured in an Israeli occupation attack in the occupied West Bank. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that 14 Palestinians sustained live fire and suffocation injuries in the vicinity of Ofer prison in the town of Beitunia, with one additional injury occurring in Jenin camp.
According to Qatar News Agency, hundreds of citizens gathered around Ofer prison, anticipating the release of the third batch of Palestinian prisoners from Israeli occupation prisons as part of the ceasefire agreement. The situation remains tense as the Israeli occupation continues its aggression on the city of Jenin and its camp for the 10th consecutive day.
The ongoing conflict in Jenin has resulted in 17 martyrs, with dozens more injured or arrested. The escalation has also caused significant destruction of property and infrastructure in the area, exacerbating the humanitarian situation.
