17 Palestinians Martyred in Israeli Bombardment of Gaza

Gaza: At least 17 Palestinian civilians were martyred since the early hours of Tuesday as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip. Among them was a mother and her six children, who were martyred when their home was bombed west of Deir al-Balah, central Gaza Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, the administrations of Al-Awda and Al-Aqsa hospitals stated that they had received seven slain people, including a child, since this morning, in addition to ten wounded, after the Israeli occupation forces targeted gatherings of civilians near an aid distribution point on Salah al-Din Street, south of Wadi Gaza. The bodies of three people were recovered from the vicinity of Palestine Stadium, west of Gaza City, while Israeli aircraft bombed a tent for displaced persons in the town of Al-Zawayda, central Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, a source at Al-Shifa Medical Complex announced the death of a child in Gaza City due to malnutrition and lack of medical treatment. In the Netzarim axis, a youth was martyred after being shot in the eye by a sniper. His body was transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.

The ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has so far resulted in the martyrdom of 66,055 citizens, the majority of whom are women and children, and the injury of 168,346 others. Thousands of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, with ambulance and rescue crews struggling to reach them.
