23 Palestinians Martyred in New Israeli Attacks Across Gaza Strip

Gaza city: Twenty-three Palestinians were martyred on Tuesday in a new wave of attacks carried out by Israeli occupation forces across various cities in the Gaza Strip.

According to Qatar News Agency, three people were martyred in a drone strike near Shaaban Al-Rees School in Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City. Meanwhile, two women were shot dead by Israeli occupation forces near an aid distribution center west of Rafah, in the southern part of the Strip.

Another person was martyred in a strike that targeted a tent near Jarrar Al-Qudra School in Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis.

In a related development, the Civil Defense reported its inability to recover 14 individuals still missing beneath the rubble of a house in Al-Zarqa area of Al-Tuffah, which was hit by Israeli occupation warplanes on Monday, due to a lack of heavy machinery.

The latest provisional toll of the ongoing Israeli assault on Gaza-now in its 21st month-stands at 58,479 martyrs and 139,355 wounded, the majority of whom are women and children.
