At least three media staffers were killed, and several others were injured early in an Israeli airstrike targeting their residence in the city of Hasbaya, southern Lebanon, early Friday. According to Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA), two photographers and a broadcast engineer were killed in an Israeli airstrike that directly targeted a compound housing journalists in Hasbaya. Several journalists have been killed since a near-daily exchange of fire began along the Lebanon-Israel border on Oct. 8, 2023. Meanwhile, the Israeli military continues to raid the villages of Tyre and Bint Jbeil districts in southern Lebanon, resulting in a number of injuries. Source: Qatar News Agency
