Activities of the 'Agro Syria 2024' exhibition were launched Thursday evening, with participation of 55 specialized companies from five countries. Local and foriegn companies specializing in agricultural production, processing equipment and agricultural industries such as tractors, generators, irrigation pipes, agricultural medicines, mineral oils and developed agricultural varieties that adapt to the prevailing climatic conditions are participating in this exhibition. In a statement to SANA reporter, Dr. Ahmad Diab, Director of Agricultural Economy at the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, pointed out that the economic importance of this exhibition stems from the fact that it includes various requirements for farmers and high-level modern technology.
