AFC Member Associations and Regional Associations Presidents’ and General Secretaries’ Conference Scheduled for Riyadh

Riyadh: The third edition of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Member Associations (MAs) and Regional Associations (RAs) Presidents' and General Secretaries' Conference is set to take place from October 17 to 19 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. AFC President Shaikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa emphasized the conference's significance as a vital learning hub for Confederation-level thought leadership.

According to Qatar News Agency, the conference is designed to ensure that all MAs and RAs, regardless of their size or stature, grow systematically and collectively with a unified commitment to excellence. The event aims to provide participants with effective methods to shape a promising future for Asian football through constructive dialogue and the exchange of best practices with global football experts.

The conference will include presentations as well as two panel discussions. The first panel will feature representatives from MAs, while the second will comprise General Secretaries from the five RAs: the ASEAN Football Federation, Central Asian Football Association, East Asian Football Federation, South Asian Football Federation, and West Asian Football Federation. These discussions aim to equip Asian football leaders with current best practices and tools to address modern challenges, enabling them to advance their respective organizations.
