His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Ahmed El-Tayeb, Al-Azhar Grand Imam received Bahrain’s Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal.
Al-Azhar Grand Imam hailed strong ties with the Kingdom of Bahrain, hailing the efforts led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to promote peace and fraternity and support national development to turn the Kingdom of Bahrain into a beacon of peaceful coexistence.
Zainal conveyed greetings from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to Al-Azhar Grand Imam and appreciation of his efforts to promote Islam and disseminate the values of human fraternity, global peace and positive coexistence.
