Tulkarm - Ma'an - The Qassam Brigades said in a statement issued today, Saturday, that "its fighters in the Tulkarm Governorate in the West Bank were able, on the afternoon of last Wednesday, July 17, 2024, to detonate an explosive device in a vehicle of occupation soldiers that had been planted in advance between the village of Barta'a and the settlement of Harmeesh."
