Gaza - Together - The Martyr Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said: 'We struck the headquarters of the enemy command penetrating south of the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood in the city of Rafah with heavy-caliber mortar shells.'
