Students of electronics engineering at Al-Quds University have invented the first Palestinian-made device to provide healthy food for patients. It is a device designed to make puffed rice, the "rice cake machine", as the first Palestinian-made device to help diabetics and those with food fever. Students Mohamed Othman, Waad Duwaidar, and Ahed Hasasneh said that they were able to create the device to help patients who need healthy, starch-free foods to protect them from developing the disease, especially diabetics. They stressed that they will continue to work on developing the device to include other types of food that suit patients and people interested in healthy food, extending their thanks to the College of Engineering and the University for supporting the various projects and innovative solutions presented by the students Source: Maan News Agency
