Al Rayyan Qualify for the Quarterfinals of 2025 Asia’s Volleyball Champions League

Osaka: Qatar's Al Rayyan reached the quarterfinals of the 2025 Asian Volleyball Champions League, currently being held in Osaka, Japan, after defeating Vietnam's Sport Training Center 3-0 on Tuesday. Al Rayyan won the matches with scores of 25-11, 25-15, and 25-21, topping Group D with six points from two wins.

According to Qatar News Agency, Al Rayyan began their tournament campaign with a 3-0 victory over Bahrain's Al Muharraq Club. The tournament features twelve teams divided into four groups, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the quarterfinals.

The 2025 Asian Volleyball Champions League is an important milestone before potential participation in the Club World Championship, which will be held at the end of the year under the supervision of the international volleyball federation.
