Doha: Al Sailiya SC announced Monday that it has officially signed Portuguese defender Diego Amauro to join the first football team, coming from Al Rayyan SC in a free transfer deal. The club said in a statement on its official website that Amauro has become a player for the team on its way back to the Premier League. The club did not disclose the details of the deal in its statement. Amauro signed a contract to join Al Sailiya Club, and will join the team's preparatory training for the 2024-2025 sports season, according to the club's official accounts on social media. The clusb also completed its contract with the duo Moaz Abdullah and Abdulrahman Sher. Source: Qatar News Agency
