"We are in for a tough match against one of the best teams in the league, in my opinion, which boasts highly-skilled players, a competent technical staff, and a large fan base that strongly supports it," said Prats. "Al Arabi have strengthened their ranks with highly-skilled players during the summer transfer window, so facing them will not be easy at all," he added.
Al Arabi coach Pablo Amo stressed: "Returning after the international break was an important milestone that we took advantage of to prepare the team technically and mentally. We focused on analyzing our performance, correcting gaps and rearranging the squad to keep our collective identity." He further stated, "We are facing a strong team like Al Shamal, which has a highly-competitive spirit and is performing well. We know that the match will not be easy, but we are entering it with high focus and a sincere desire to prove that we are a team capable of improving with each round."
