Doha: The third Al Thumama Ramadan Football Tournament will resume Thursday with three matches at the Al Furjan pitches in Al Thumama. The tournament, organized in cooperation with the Qatar Sports for All Federation, features 13 teams and runs until the 17th day of the holy month of Ramadan.

According to Qatar News Agency, Al Rayyan will face Doha, Abdullah bin Turki will meet Al Rayyan, and Al Thumama will play Al Wajba. In the last round, Al Zaeem beat Doha 5-0, Abdullah bin Turki edged Al Thumama 1-0, and Al Wajba defeated Al Rayyan 2-1. Player-of-the-match awards were presented in each game.

Organizers reported that the competition, which caters to players aged 10 to 14, has experienced a strong turnout and improving standards. A Garangao celebration will also be held in partnership with Al Ahli SC.
