Al wakrah: Al Wakrah qualified for the quarterfinals of the 4th West Asian Men's Clubs Volleyball Championship, currently held in Kuwait, with the participation of 11 teams. The Championship will conclude on February 14.

According to Qatar News Agency, Al Wakrah secured their qualification after achieving their first victory in the tournament against Shabab Al-Batroun of Lebanon in their match today, the final game of Group B, with Al Wakrah ultimately winning 3-1 (25-23, 19-25, 29-27, 25-19).

Al Wakrah earned their fourth point in the group, having started their campaign with a 3-0 loss to Bahrain's Al Ahli, followed by a 3-2 loss to Kuwait SC.

Al Rayyan, the holder of the previous three editions, qualified for the same round after topping Group A with 5 points by defeating Gas Al Janoub of Iraq 3-0 and Majees of Oman 3-2.
