Alkass International Cup: Aspire Academy Open Campaign with Victory Over Morocco’s Mohammed VI Academy

Doha: Aspire Academy team began their campaign in the 11th edition of the U17 Alkass International Cup with a 1-0 victory over Morocco's Mohammed VI Academy. The match took place on Monday at Mansour Muftah Stadium, as part of the first round of Group A fixtures.

According to Qatar News Agency, Aspire Academy's Mohsen Al Hajri scored the only goal of the match in the 9th minute. With this result, Aspire Academy secured their first three points, topping the group, while Mohammed VI Academy remain without points.

The Alkass International Cup is being held at Aspire Academy's facilities, featuring eight international teams and academies, and will continue until January 29. In the other match in the same group, ‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬°toile Sportive du Sahel of Tunisia and Rangers of Scotland played to a goalless draw.

The tournament will feature two matches on Tuesday: the first between Paris Saint-Germain of France and Barcelona of Spain, and the second between Kashiwa Reysol of Japan and the PVF Academy of Vietnam.
