Jerusalem: Almost 40,000 worshipers prayed Isha and Taraweeh at Al-Aqsa Mosque compound Wednesday amid the maximum restrictions and measures imposed by the Israeli occupation soldiers on their access to Al-Aqsa, the Jerusalem Governorate reported in a statement.
According to Qatar News Agency, the occupation forces strengthened their military posture in Jerusalem City and its perimeter, as well as at the gates of Al-Aqsa to block the entry of worshipers. In recent days, the occupation soldiers banned over 300 Jerusalemites from accessing Al-Aqsa throughout the holy month of Ramadan.
