Arab Table Tennis Federation Presidents Praise Qatar’s Exceptional Organization of World Championship Doha 2025

Doha: Arab Table Tennis Federation presidents have commended Qatar for its outstanding organization of the World Table Tennis Championship Doha 2025, affirming that Qatar's efforts mark a milestone in the tournament's history and present an honorable image of Arab sports excellence.

According to Qatar News Agency, President of the Algerian Table Tennis Federation Mohamed Fathy stated that the world has witnessed an impressive edition of the tournament, with Qatar ensuring all necessary factors contribute to delivering the event in the best possible manner. He highlighted that the organizing committee has made tremendous efforts to achieve the highest standards of excellence in event management, providing all necessary requirements, ranging from world-class competition venues, top-tier accommodations, and transportation services. All aspects of the championship have ensured that this edition achieves unprecedented success, as unanimously recognized.

President of the Yemeni Table Tennis Association Dr. Issam Al Senini emphasized that Doha has become the undisputed global sports capital. He stated that Qatar continuously demonstrates its excellence in hosting international sporting events and remains committed to innovation and advancement in every tournament it organizes. This has been vividly reflected in the World Table Tennis Championship, which returned to Qatar after 21 years since its first edition in 2004. The remarkable development seen in the current edition showcases Qatar's immense organizational capabilities.

President of the Libyan Table Tennis Federation Mohamed Abu Saif affirmed that Qatar's impeccable hosting standards will set a difficult benchmark for future World Table Tennis Championship hosts. He remarked that the exceptional organization of this championship has filled us with pride, as it reflects the immense efforts of the organizing committee to make this event outstanding. He continued that the tournament's organizational success has directly contributed to the high level of competition, elevating the technical quality of play. Qatar has become the first country in the Middle East, the Arab world, and the Gulf region to host the World Table Tennis Championship twice, first in 2004, and now hosting the Doha 2025 edition at Lusail Arena and Qatar University Arena until May 25.
