Yerevan: HE Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Vahan Kostanyan, has received a copy of the credentials of HE Mansour bin Abdulla Al Sulaiti as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Armenia.
