United states: The Aspire Academy Global Summit 2025 concluded Thursday in the United States.
According to Qatar News Agency, the summit took place at Subaru Park, home of Philadelphia Union, in collaboration with the hosts and Major League Soccer (MLS). The closing day featured panel discussions with notable figures such as Alessandro Nesta, a FIFA World Cup winner with Italy and former Inter Miami CF coach; Carli Lloyd, a FIFA Women's World Cup winner; and American football star Ronald Jaworski.
Nesta discussed his transition to coaching, describing it as a real turning point in his career. He emphasized the importance of adaptability for coaches in bringing out the best in themselves and demonstrating true leadership.
In addition to these discussions, other panels and workshops continued at Subaru Park, led by Aspire Academy experts and international partners. One such workshop focused on the management of congested calendars, featuring representatives from the MLS, AC Milan, and Urawa Red Diamonds.
