Manama, Formula 1 and the FIA today announced that Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) will be hosting Formula 1 Pre-Season Testing 2025 in February next year. This will be the fifth consecutive year that the Kingdom of Bahrain has been selected as the venue for F1 pre-season tests were first held in Sakhir in 2009, then in 2014, and have been hosted by the Kingdom each year since 2021. The event will bring together all 10 F1 teams as they prepare for the upcoming FIA Formula 1 World Championship. It will also be the first opportunity for fans to see the 2025 racecars in action before the season begins. The pre-season tests are scheduled from 26 to 28 February at the 'Home of Motorsport in the Middle East' in Sakhir. The new F1 season will start two weeks later, with the Australian Grand Prix. The season will continue with races in China and Japan, before returning to Bahrain for the fourth race of the 24-race championship the Bahrain Grand Prix from April 11-13.
