Shaikh Ali bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, Ambassador of Bahrain to Saudi Arabia and the Permanent Representative of Bahrain to the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), participated in the ministerial meeting at the 15th session of the Islamic Summit Conference, held in Gambia on May 2-3. The meeting discussed various topics on the agenda, including the Palestinian cause and Al Quds Al Sharif, as well as the summit's final draft statement and the Banjul Draft Declaration. The meeting also reviewed topics related to rejecting hate speech and Islamophobia, promoting dialogue, and issues of climate change and food security, which will be presented at the summit at the leadership level on May 4- 5.
