BCCI Chairman hails Bahraini-Lithuanian economic relations

Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Sameer Abdulla Nass, has lauded the economic relations between Bahrain and Lithuania, expressing BCCI’s desire to boost bilateral trade by increasing its volume and exchanging visits of economic delegations, in light of the two countries' distinguished investment potentials and opportunities.

Nass was speaking while receiving at BCCI premises today the Abu Dhabi-resident Lithuanian Ambassador to Bahrain, Ramunas Davidonis.

Sameer Abdulla Nass asserted that BCCI, as a representative of the private sector in Bahrain, is fully prepared to discuss opportunities for partnership and commercial cooperation with Lithuania, and to exchange experiences with it to bring about more gains to the private sector and the national economy, as well as serve common goals and aspirations.

The two sides discussed the existing bilateral business relations, in addition to ways to enhance trade cooperation and encourage communication between businessmen on both sides in order to stimulate trade and investments.

They also discussed opportunities in food security, life sciences, technology, health, tourism, and the financial technology sector.

They also reviewed ways to overcome challenges and build bridges of cooperation between the two countries.

The ambassador expressed his pride in the friendship relations between Bahrain and Lithuania, noting that the distinguished nature of bilateral ties will support efforts to bolster joint cooperation and increase trade exchange volume,

He affirmed his support for all efforts aimed at enhancing joint trade exchange, in a way that would contribute to advancing bilateral ties for the benefit of both countries and peoples.
