Dr. Shaikha Rana Bint Isa Bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA), attended the opening of the 32nd edition of Kawader leadership programme.
The programme serves jobseekers, businesses, and various organizations, providing a set of advanced methodologies and practices for managing teams, clients, partners, and effective communication to enable participants to maximize their creativity and productivity at work.
Dr. Shaikha Rana affirmed that Bahrain is capable of developing and supporting national competence, as well as creating an environment that promotes creativity and involves people in the national development process.
She highlighted the importance of BIPA's role in setting up training programmes that will enhance national competencies and advance their performance in the public sector.
The director general noted that the national programme contributed to the development of institutional initiatives ranging from government policies to reengineering institutional processes, in turn contributing to the development of Bahrain's government work system.
