Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute for Public Administration (BIPA), attended the closing ceremony of the fifth edition of Hipo-Youth, where she honoured 42 participants and volunteers in the programme.
She also presented the Injaz (achievement) award to the winning team with the best innovative action plan and congratulated the winning teams for the best national study on leadership.
She underscored the importance of national studies prepared by the participants, which reflects the high potential of youth in Bahrain.
