Riyadh: The main Saudi stock market index closed today with a gain of 28.65 points, reaching a final value of 10,804.11 points. The trading activity on the market was robust, with a total value of SAR 4 billion.
According to
European stock markets closed lower across the board today:uropean STOXX 600 index fell 1.30 percent at the close. Germany’s DAX index dropped 1.77 percent, France’s CAC 40 index lost 1.64 percent, and the UK’s FTSE 100 index declined 0.73 percent.
Kuwait city: The price of Kuwaiti crude oil rose by USD 7.32 to USD 94.71 per barrel (pb) in Wednesday’s trading, compared to USD 87.39 pb in the previous session, according to figures released by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).
Doha: The dollar largely stabilized on Thursday as renewed US-Iran tensions kept investors on edge and underpinned demand for the safe-haven currency. The dollar index, which measures the greenback against a basket of currencies, was flat at 101.11.
