Doha: HE Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Friedrich Merz, arrived in Doha on Thursday for an official visit to the State of Qatar. His Excellency and his accompanying delegation were received at Doha International Airport.

According to Qatar News Agency, the welcoming party included HE Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al-Thani and HE Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the State of Qatar, Oliver Owcza. The visit marks a significant engagement between Germany and Qatar, aimed at strengthening bilateral relations.
