Hangzhou: Chinese Premier Li Qiang and Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin have agreed to further bolster their countries' comprehensive strategic cooperation, focusing on trade, energy, and the digital economy. This development aims to enhance the strategic partnership and nurture common interests between the two nations.
According to Qatar News Agency, this agreement was made during the 30th regular meeting between the heads of government of China and Russia, which took place in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, eastern China. During the meeting, Li Qiang expressed China's readiness to work closely with Russia, emphasizing the importance of enhancing strategic communication and expanding cooperation areas to strengthen the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.
Mikhail Mishustin noted that the strategic partnership between Russia and China has reached its highest historical level. He highlighted Russia's eagerness to intensify high-level exchanges with China and expand cooperation in various sectors, including trade, energy, agriculture, culture, and the digital economy.
