Beijing, The Chinese State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters sent a work team to south China's Hainan Province as Prapiroon approached. Typhoon Prapiroon is expected to make landfall on China's Hainan Island on Sunday night, bringing strong winds and heavy rain to the province and surrounding Beibu Gulf region.
