Doha: The Civil Service Bureau and Government Development (CGB) has announced the launch of an AI academy, aiming to boost innovation within state agencies. This initiative, unveiled on Wednesday, seeks to enhance the digital capabilities of national cadres in alignment with the Qatar National Vision 2030. According to Qatar News Agency, the launch event witnessed the presence of HE CGB President and National Planning Council Secretary-General Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Mubarak Al Khalifa. The academy features over 500 accredited AI training programs, developed in collaboration with the global online learning platform Coursera. These programs are designed to ensure the provision of sustainable and high-quality public services. Participants in the training programs will have access to the courses through Mawared, the government's human resources planning portal. Upon completion, they will receive certificates accredited by renowned academic institutions and international universities, further strengthening the ir skills and capabilities in the digital realm.
