Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has issued two royal orders to form the Shura Council and reconstitute the Council of Senior Scholars. The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported that a royal order was issued Monday to form the Shura Council headed by Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Sheikh and 150 members for the next four years. A royal order was also issued to reconstitute the Council of Senior Scholars headed by the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Sheikh and 150 members, effective from September 4.
