Doha: HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani met on Thursday with HE Minister of Defense of the Italian Republic Guido Crosetto, and his accompanying delegation, during his official visit to the State of Qatar. The meeting discussed topics of common interest between the two sides and ways to enhance and develop them.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions focused on strengthening bilateral defense cooperation and exploring potential areas for future collaboration. Both parties expressed mutual interest in deepening ties and exploring new avenues for partnership in defense and security sectors. The meeting underscored the commitment of Qatar and Italy to continue fostering strong diplomatic and defense relations.
