Doha: Al Arabi and Al Rayyan played out a dramatic 2-2 draw in Week 11 of the 2025-2026 season Doha Bank Stars League at the Al Thumama Stadium on Sunday. Al Rayyan opened the scoring in the 34th minute with Roger Guedes capitalising on goalkeeper Jassim Al Hail's error to hit home the opener from a brilliant assist by Wesley Ribeiro.

According to Qatar News Agency, Al Arabi managed to turn the game around after going a goal down. Pablo Sarabia equalized in the 52nd minute, and Alexis Perez helped Al Arabi take the lead in the 72nd minute. However, Mohammed Saleh scored the equalizer for Al Rayyan in five minutes of added time, preventing Al Arabi from securing the win.

The match ended with Al Arabi reduced to 10 men after Abdullah Marafee was sent off in the final moments of added time. With this result, Al Arabi now has 17 points in the standings, while Al Rayyan holds 20 points.
