Doha Equestrian Tour 2026 Unveils Official Identity and Logo

Doha: The organizing committee of the Doha Equestrian Tour 2026 has unveiled the championship's official identity and logo, representing the 10 rounds that make up the upcoming edition and reflecting its deep roots in equestrian heritage and its international sporting stature. Khalifa Al Attiya, the executive director of the Doha Tour, said the new identity and logo are based on a strategic vision aimed at reinforcing Qatar's position on the global equestrian calendar. He noted that the championship has enriched the international competition schedule with high-quality events that strengthen the country's standing as a global sports capital and a leading destination for hosting major tournaments.

According to Qatar News Agency, Al Attiya added that Qatar's advanced infrastructure, including world-class facilities such as Al Shaqab, provides a key foundation for the continued success of the tour. The Doha Equestrian Tour 2026 will run from Jan. 2 through April 4 and will feature 10 international competitions ranging from one-star to five-star events, with total prize money exceeding EUR 10 million.

The season will open with HH the Father Amir Equestrian Grand Prix from Jan. 2 to Jan. 31, comprising four rounds. It will be followed by HH the Amir Sword International Equestrian Festival, scheduled for four days beginning Feb. 11 and featuring show jumping and dressage competitions. The Al Shaqab International CHI, sponsored by Longines, will then be held from Feb. 18 to 21, including show jumping, dressage, and para-dressage events.

The program will continue with the Longines Global Champions Tour for show jumping champions, scheduled from March 4 to 7. The committee also announced the introduction of three new competitions: the Qatar Olympic Committee Cup, to be held from March 11 over four days; the Al Shaqab Cup, beginning March 26 and running for three days, featuring team events; and the Qatar Equestrian Federation Cup, scheduled for April 2 and lasting three days.

All competitions will be staged at Al Shaqab, whose advanced infrastructure and modern facilities meet the highest international standards.
