Doha Institute for Graduate Studies and Lekhwiya Forge Collaborative Partnership

Doha: The Excellence Center at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies (DI) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya). The agreement was formalized on Tuesday at the Doha Institute with DI President Dr. Abdelwahab El Affendi and Lekhwiya Commander Staff Brigadier Nawaf Majid Al Maadhadi as signatories.

According to Qatar News Agency, the MoU aims to create a collaborative framework that facilitates cooperation and outlines the fundamental conditions and elements of mutual collaboration. This collaboration is expected to enhance the effectiveness of the joint efforts between the Excellence Center and the Internal Security Force.

The institute has outlined that areas of cooperation under this agreement will include the exchange of expertise and knowledge in training, consultancy, and scientific research. This will involve utilizing the trainers and expertise from both the DI and the ISF. Moreover, the agreement seeks to develop and coordinate training programs tailored for stakeholders across Qatar's public and private sectors.

Furthermore, the MoU provides for the organization of conferences and seminars on topics of mutual interest. The Excellence Center will also offer training courses focused on development and qualifications for ISF staff. To maximize the benefits of this partnership, there will be an exchange of visits between the two entities, allowing each to leverage the other's experience.
