President of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi spoke on the phone, on Tuesday, with his US counterpart, Joe Biden, to discuss the Egyptian-US-Qatari joint efforts to achieve a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, amid the regional developments and tensions in the Middle East region. In a statement, the Egyptian Presidency stated that both sides reaffirmed their resolve to proceed with de-escalation efforts and restore regional peace and security. Both Presidents agreed to continue their joint intensive action for ceasefire and efforts of implementing the two-state solution, as the primary guarantor for stability and security for all the peoples of the region.
