Egyptian and Malian Foreign Ministers Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Relations

Doha: Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty spoke by phone on Sunday with his Malian counterpart Abdoulaye Diop to discuss avenues for strengthening bilateral relations in a variety of fields. Both ministers underscored their commitment to continuing coordination and consultation on a range of regional and global issues of shared concern. They also committed to proceeding with joint action to support security, stability, and sustainable development in the Sahel and West Africa region.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussion highlighted the importance of enhancing cooperation in multiple sectors to benefit both nations. The ministers emphasized the need for a collaborative approach to address regional challenges and to promote peace and prosperity in their respective areas.
