Cairo: Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty held significant discussions on Wednesday through separate phone calls with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and United States Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff, focusing on the latest regional updates amid rising tensions.

According to Qatar News Agency, Egypt's Foreign Ministry highlighted Abdelatty's emphasis on the importance of intensifying efforts to reduce tensions and promote peace, aiming to prevent further instability in the region.
