Cairo, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi of Egypt today received Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, who is on a visit to Cairo to participate in the sixth Conference of the Arab Parliament as a guest of honour. During the audience, held at the Al-Ittihadiya Palace, in the presence of speakers of Arab legislative councils and parliaments participating in the Arab Parliament's Conference, the Deputy Prime Minister conveyed greetings and appreciation from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to President El Sisi, as well as their wishes for continued progress and prosperity to Egypt. The Deputy Premier expressed his since congratulations to President El Sisi for the Egyptian people's renewed confidence in his leadership by electing him for a new term, wishing him every success in undertaking his national responsibilities to achieve the aspirations of the Egyptian citizens for more progress and prosperity. Shai kh Khalid bin Abdulla praised the steady progress of the Bahraini-Egyptian relations, as reflected in the advanced level of joint action and coordination between the two countries thanks to their leaderships' constant keenness to strengthen bilateral ties to achieve the interests of their peoples.
