Egyptian President, Russian Presidential Aide Discuss Strengthening Joint Cooperation

Cairo: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi met Monday with Aide to the Russian President and Chairman of the Maritime Board of Russia Nikolai Patrushev, who is visiting Egypt, to discuss ways to enhance bilateral cooperation.

According to Qatar News Agency, President Al-Sisi praised the growing momentum in relations between Egypt and Russia, particularly in trade and joint projects. Notably, the discussions highlighted the Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant project and the initiative to establish a Russian industrial zone in the Suez Canal Economic Zone as key areas of cooperation.
