Cairo: Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations in a phone call on Tuesday with US President Donald Trump. They also discussed developments in the Middle East.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Egyptian Presidency reported that both presidents deliberated on mediation efforts to restore calm to the region, thereby positively impacting maritime navigation in the Red Sea and ceasing economic losses for all parties.
