Goals from Bernardo Silva (21st minute), a Turkish own goal by defender Samet Akaydin (29th minute), and Bruno Fernandes (56th minute) sealed the win for Portugal. This victory places Portugal at the top of the group with six points. Turkiye remain in second place with three points, following their 3-1 win against Georgia in the first round. Earlier today, in the same group, Georgia and the Czech Republic drew 1-1. The Czech Republic now sits in third place, while Georgia is in fourth.
