Doha: European stock indices experienced an upward trend as trading concluded on Thursday.

According to Qatar News Agency, the pan-European Stoxx 600 index saw an increase of 3.89 points, or 0.69 percent, closing at 571.66. The German DAX index also reported gains, rising by 90.82 points, or 0.38 percent, to settle at 24,272.19 by the end of the trading session.

In the United Kingdom, the British FTSE 100 index recorded a rise of 11.34 points, or 0.12 percent, closing at 9,436.09. Meanwhile, in France, the CAC 40 index experienced a notable rise, increasing by 111.59 points, or 1.38 percent, to reach 8,188.59 at the close of the trading day.
