Doha: European stocks ended Wednesday trading lower.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Stoxx 600 index fell by 0.5%, with retailers suffering the most significant losses, declining by 2%. This drop was primarily driven by weak retail trade data from the Euro area. Healthcare stocks also experienced a downturn, with major companies such as AstraZeneca, GSK, and Sanofi leading the declines.
