Doha: The fourth and final round of the Qatar Freestyle Drifting Championship for the 2024/2025 season has concluded. Organized by Qatar Racing Club (QRC), the championship featured 44 competitors.
According to Qatar News Agency, Saud Al-Marri clinched his first title of the season with a first-place finish in the final round. Abdullah Al Qahtani secured the runner-up place, followed by Rashid Al Banna, the champion of the opening round of the championship.
HE QRC Director-General, Sheikh Jabor bin Khalid Al-Thani, crowned the podium winners, concluding the final round of the championship, and the club's final championship of the season. The event started with registration and technical inspection, followed by a briefing meeting for competitors with the organizers and the judging panel before the start of the competition.
Each competitor was given one opportunity to take to the track and perform several stunts, including drifts, reverses, twists, and flips, within a total time of four minutes.
