Beijing, Within the framework of the official visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to China, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy met with Jeff Wang, President of Public Affairs and Communications at Huawei. Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce, and Dr. Mohammed Ghassan Mohammed Adnan Sheikho, Bahraini Ambassador to China, attended the meeting. Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa affirmed Bahrain's keenness to develop the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, recognising its crucial role in driving economic growth and fostering a competitive investment climate.
