Five First-Time Winners Emerge at 2026 Arabian Drag Racing League Round in Doha

Doha: The fourth round of the 2026 Arabian Drag Racing League concluded at the Qatar Racing Club after three days of competition, with 190 drivers taking part and five racers claiming their first titles of the season. The strong turnout intensified the battle for the overall championship, with only two rounds remaining.

According to Qatar News Agency, in the quarter-mile index categories, Sulaiman Al Sanousi secured his second win of the season in Index 9.0, while Faleh Al Ajmi claimed his first title in Index 8.50. In Super Street Pro, Yousef Al Ali took his third win of the championship, and Turki Al Dhafiri earned his maiden title after defeating three-time winner Mostafa Atat.

Motorcycle action saw Christopher Garner win his second Pro Bike title of the season, while Mishari Al Turki claimed his second victory in Super Street Bike. Mostafa Mahmoudi continued his dominance in Street Bike, securing a third consecutive win.

In the eighth-mile index races, Badr Khurshid won Index 4.0, Ibrahim Abbas claimed Index 4.50, and Sean Langdon secured his second title in Index 4.80.

The spotlight category, Pro Modified, ended with Mike Castellana taking his first championship win after defeating Mike Stafferinos in the final. Winners were crowned by HE Sheikh Jabor bin Khalid Al-Thani, Director General of the Qatar Racing Club. Attention now turns to the fifth and penultimate round, which begins on Wednesday.
