Five Lebanese, including an infant, were killed Wednesday in an Israeli raid on Shahour town in Tyre, southern Lebanon. The Lebanese Ministry of Health had reported in a statement that the death toll from the successive raids by the Israeli army Wednesday on towns in Baalbek-Hermel had risen to seven people, with 38 injured. Since last Friday, many Lebanese regions have witnessed intensive Israeli raids after two waves of simultaneous explosions of a large number of wireless communication devices at the end of last week, resulting in 37 deaths and more than 3,400 injuries.
