Gaza City: Five Palestinians were martyred and several others injured in Israeli shelling of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, and the Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

According to Qatar News Agency, medical sources reported that four citizens, including three women, were martyred and others were injured in an Israeli drone strike on a street north of Khan Yunis. Additionally, several others were injured in an Israeli strike targeting a group of citizens in Bani Suhaila, east of the city.

The sources further indicated that one citizen was martyred and several others were injured in an Israeli airstrike on a house in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced earlier that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, had risen to 54,084 martyrs and 123,308 wounded.
