During the phone call, Indian Foreign Minister 'strongly condemned the inhumane terrorist attack on the Crocus Concert Hall, and renewed India's determination to continue combating terrorism in all its manifestations.' On Sunday, Russia witnessed a national public mourning for the victims of the terrorist attack that occurred at the 'Crocus City' hall on the outskirts of the capital, Moscow.
